特にご依頼箇所が多い、股のリペアの紹介です。

今回の股リペアは、生地の繋ぎ合わせ部分を解き、解体しての作業になります。
手間はかかりますが、見た目が綺麗で、履き心地が良く仕上げります。

まず、生地の繋ぎ目を解き、解体してあて布を貼ります。

First, the joints of the fabric are unraveled, disassembled, and the application cloth is applied.

バック部分の穴埋め、補強。

Filling holes and reinforcing the back portion.

フロント部分の穴埋め、補強。

Filling holes and reinforcing the front part.

ロックミシンで生地の縫い直し処理。

Re-stitching process of the fabric with a lock sewing machine.

ステッチの縫い直し処理。
